The non-equipped space (indoor space only)

I. THE BOOTH IS CONSTRUCTED BY THE ACCREDITED STAND-BUILDER COMPANY:
You need just to inform the Organizer’s Technical department the name and the contact details of the company selected. All the technical issues will be arranged directly between the Organizer’s Technical department and the selected stand-builder. Please, use the list of accredited stand-builder companies to choose from.
Non-accredited companies are not allowed to work at the Exhibition Centre “KievExpoPlaza”.

The company stand-builder prepares the turnkey booth construction for the exhibitor. The stand-builder and the technical department of the exhibition centre solve the questions of the necessary supplies for the booth (such as electricity, water, and drain facilities). Exhibitor who uses services of stand-builder company can’t order floor carpet, electricity supply, water supply or other additional equipment from Organizers, orders are accepted only on the multimedia equipment (FORM T5).

II. IN THE CASE THE BOOTH IS CONSTRUCTED BY THE EXHIBITOR:
Please contact Exhibition Centre “KievExpoPlaza” to receive accreditation as self-builder stand company. In this case Exhibitor release from obligatory payment for accreditation at the Exhibition Centre. Organizer will send a letter to Exhibition Centre, confirming your status. If you just place your exhibits (not exhibition equipment) on non-equipped space, there is no need to conclude such agreement as described above. Exhibitor undertakes all responsibility for made or installed constructions.

You can order from the Organizer’s Technical department the floor carpet and electricity supply to the booth (you may order up to 3 outlets).

In the case you need the extended electricity supply network at the booth you may order:

The electricity supply using your own electrical control unit with the cable. In this case you will do the cabling by yourself. It will be connected to the power after you submit the results of insulation resistance survey (or your payment for such a survey) and after your payment for the connection.
The electricity supply using the electrical control unit of the Exhibition Centre. The power engineering service of the Exhibition centre will install the electrical control unit on your booth. The electrical unit is a three-phase device. The outlets installed (2.5 kilowatt each) are for the connection of the extension cords and clamp for the devices over 2.5 kilowatts.

You may order additional extension cords/ junctions 220V to do the cabling by yourself on your booth. The cost of the service will depend on the total power consumption (under or over 30kWt) and the booth location (inside the exhibition pavilion or outside it).

Exhibitor undertakes to pass to the Organizers and agree with them 30 days prior to opening of the exhibition the scheme of electric feed connection (with marked capacity and working voltage), water supply, telephone and Internet. In case of absence of the schemes mentioned above, Organizers do not guarantee connection of your stand to exhibition engineering networks.

Exhibitor or his contractors should submit works which require special admission (electric welding, high-altitude and other works) to Organizers approval 15 days before opening of the exhibition. Exhibitor’s contractors who will carry out the specified kinds of works should have appropriate permissions and certificates on used equipment and materials. Exhibitor or his contractors involved in setting-up the stand should have appropriate certificates on floor carpet, exhibition equipment and electro technical equipment used for works. All electricity supply networks should be made of wire with double isolation connected in the three-wire circuit with grounding. Besides, not later than a day before the exhibition, certificate of insulation-resistance test made by specialized company should be shown to Organizers. In case of violation of rules mentioned above, the stand will not be connected to the electric system of an exhibition.

If Exhibitor with space-only sites uses wall panels of neighboring stand of other participant (places exhibits, promotional materials or colour film) he commits to pay cost of wall panels under tariffs of the Organizers.

If Exhibitor with non-equipped space site, adjoining to other stands (or its contractors who carry out stand construction) plans to install partitions on borders, he commits to provide cleanness and white color of partitions. Exhibitor with space only site (or its contractors who carry out stand construction) undertakes to leave the floor under his stand clean and without the remaining of an adhesive tape or glue after dismantling.
