THE NON-EQUIPPED SPACE (indoor space only)
I. THE BOOTH IS CONSTRUCTED BY THE ACCREDITED STAND-BUILDER COMPANY:
You need just to inform the Organizer’s Technical department the name and the contact details of the company selected. All the technical issues will be arranged directly between the Organizer’s Technical department and the selected stand-builder. Please, use the list of accredited stand-builder companies to choose from.
Non-accredited companies are not allowed to work at the Exhibition Centre “KievExpoPlaza”.
II. IN THE CASE THE BOOTH IS CONSTRUCTED BY THE EXHIBITOR:
Please contact Exhibition Centre “KievExpoPlaza” to receive accreditation as self-builder stand company. In this case Exhibitor release from obligatory payment for accreditation at the Exhibition Centre. Organizer will send a letter to Exhibition Centre, confirming your status.
STANDARD DESIGNS FOR NON-EQUIPPED SPACE BOOTHS
The main developer of EEBC exhibition, Nauka Expocenter, has developed an advantageous offer for the companies acquiring non-equipped space at EEBC 2011. Four types of standard designs have been developed costing € 48/sq m (for booths 6 sq m and more), € 84/sq m (for booths 24 sq m), € 120/ sq m (for booths 24 sq m) and € 156/ sq m (for booths 24 sq m). Having selected one of the designs offered, you will need to pay for sq m of the non-equipped space plus the cost of 1 sq m of the standard design of the selected price category.
STANDARD DESIGN OF THE FIRST PRICE CATEGORY (€ 48)
