THE EQUIPPED SPACE INCLUDES

• Constructed partitions between the neighboring booths;
• Floor carpet (colors available: gray, blue, red, green);
• Title on the fascial panel with the name of the company located on the open sides of the booth (standard color and font);
• Free basic set of equipment depending on the size of the booth;
• Opportunity to order the additional stand equipment and services. 

To order the additional equipment, please fill in Form T4.

Please look carefully at the set of basic equipment which is included in the price of your booth according to the application. In case you do not use any of the equipment listed, the rental cost of the not used equipment will not be compensated.

If stand scheme are not approved by the deadline, the Organizers have the right to set-up the standard stand for the Exhibitor, based on the list of the ordered equipment and furniture. Claims of the Exhibitor are not accepted in this case, cost for stand reconstruction is paid on common basis.

Exhibitor can change the stand scheme not later, than 15 days before the exhibition opening. Changes should be approved in accordance with established procedure. Changes which have been brought later, than 15 days prior to opening, are considered as reorganization of the stand and are paid at a rate of € 30 for every sq. meter of the stand which is being reconstructed.

For the purpose of stabilization, the booth construction may contain the bracketry, which are not shown on your booth layout. If you need to remove them (eg. for the installation of the large-dimensioned exhibit) you must obtain the permit from the stand builders and make sure that all the precautions are observed.

Exhibitor undertakes to use exhibition equipment for appropriate purposes and following the terms of operation. In case of any faults discovered before start of operation, please inform the Organizers. The Organizers are not responsible for damage of heavy exhibits as a result of podiums or show-cases breakage if the Exhibitor has not specified necessity of strengthening of these podiums or show-cases on the stand scheme.
Maximum load on unstrengthen podium – 15 kg, on show-case glass shelf – 2 kg.

ATTENTION!  After finish of the exhibition, Exhibitor has to pass to Organizers the stand clean and undamaged with the remaining of adhesive tape, posters and glue markings removed. The cost of lost or damaged parts of the stand construction and the additional equipment must be reimbursed by the Exhibitor according to invoice. The Organizers confirm the stand acceptance by issuing “Green card” *, which gives the right of exhibits removal.

* Exhibitor can get the ”Green card” on the last day of exhibition at Organizer’s office.
