For four days Maksim and Larissa Maksimov, Denis Podorozhnyy, Victor Sudakov and Ivan Kriukov preached the Word of God.
 
Despite the hot weather, a lot of people came to the Palace Of Culture to listen to the sermon. General prayer and glorification songs inspired God’s people to live in sanctity and strengthening in faith.
Maksim Maksimov emphasized the subject of victory, as the beginning of direct broadcasting of the CNL Christian Television Holiday coincided with the day of opening the Olympic Games and was held on 08.08.08. In many cultures figure "8" is associated with infinity. Actually, on this day not only the conference participants, but also many televiewers watching the conference on the air got salvation and encouragement, heard about the new life, life in victory.

"Each of us strives to something in life, but many think that achievements will happen in their lives themselves. However, this is not so! God gave us life, reason, and we should work, toil. Take action!" - Pastor Maksim invocated.
 
Viktor Sudakov proclaimed the need for caring about the neighbour, and also to not forgetting themselves. "Our conference began at the same time as the Olympic Games in Beijing. This is great, and it also reminds us all that we shouldn’t neglect physical exercises. We get tens of prayer notes about health problems, but many troubles may have been avoided by doing sports. So, dear, let us keep fit", - Viktor Sudakov said.

The people were also encouraged by the sermon of Denis Podorozhnyy about the insult. "We often forget about the importance of pardon, - Pastor Denis noted. - Many people tend to carry insult in their heart through months and even years, still we will remember the words of God that if we forgive, we will also be forgiven".
 
Call-centres organized in 5 offices of the TV-channel - in Ukraine, Russia, America, Latvia and Kazakhstan - worked 24 hours during the conference. People from different cities and countries called to declare their prayer requests, to share their testimonies, to tell how God worked in their lives, and to thank for the work of CNL. Many viewers expressed desire to become prayer and financial partners of the channel.

"I’ve had asthma for 15 years and leg injure for 8 years, I had to go through the second operation, but while watching CNL I got healed!" – Galina Chernova says (Lipetsk, Russia).

"With God’s Miracle we set up the satellite aerial!!! We sold the cow in order to establish CNL", - Tatyana Gerasimove thanks for CNL channel (Hakassia, Russia). "I had trigeminal nerve inflamed and got it healed at once on the air", - Larissa Nazarenko testifies (Taldy-Kurgan, Kazakhstan). 

And such testimonies of God’s Glory are multiple. During the conference call-centre workers managed more than 1500 calls. To spread the Gospel all around the world, to preach about God Jesus Christ – these are the major tasks of CNL Christian TV.

The next CNL Christian TV Holiday will be held In Germany in December this year.
