EEBC :.: News | In January-June 2010 Ukrainians spent 13.78 bn UAH on mobile communications

In January-June 2010, the operators’ revenues from providing mobile communication services in Ukraine increased by 3.7 %, as compared to the same period in 2009, to 13.78 bn UAH, according to the report of the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine.

At the same time , the revenues from providing mobile communication services to the population in January-June 2010 increased by 15 %, as compared to January-June 2009, to 4.447 bn UAH. Therefore, the proportion of revenues from providing mobile communication services in the total revenues from telecommunications made 59.6 %. In January-June 2010, the total revenues from the provision of telecommunication services in Ukraine made 22.89 bn UAH.
