The number of subscribers of all CDMA operators in Ukraine by the end of April 2010 had increased by 0.7 %, as compared to March 2010, reaching 1.175495 mn, according to the report of IKS-Consulting.
Summarizing the results of April, the largest cellular operator in Ukraine is a 3G CDMA telecom operator Telesystems of Ukraine (trademark PeopleNet). The total subscriber base of the operator increased in April by 0.12 %, reaching 452.521 thousand, as compared to April 2010.
Intertelecom ranks second, with a 1.86 % growth of its subscriber base (by 7.513 thousand net connections) in April. Thus, the number of the operator’s subscribers increased to 404.552 thousand.
The rates of growth of the subscriber base of ITC (ТМ CDMA Ukraine) amounted to 0.35 % or 1.122 net connections. Thus, the number of the operator’s subscribers increased to 318.422 thousand.
Let us remember that, according to IKS-Consulting, the total subscriber base of cellular operators in Ukraine in April 2010 made 54.764 mn.
