The Government has by 5 times increased the RFR fee
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has by 5 times increased the radio frequency resource fee for mobile operators. This is stated in decree of the Government No. 321 of April 23, 2010.

"Amend paragraph 11 of the addendum to decree No. 1150 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2008 "On Approval of the monthly fee for using radio frequency resource of Ukraine", replacing 1580 with 7900", says the Cabinet decree. So now a RFR fee is 7.9 thousand UAH per month for 1 MHz.
