In January 2010, the operators’ revenues from providing services of cable television access increased by 18.6%, as compared to 2009, reaching 113.5 mn UAH, the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine reports.
In particular, the revenues from providing services to the population made 110.6 mn UAH, which is by 20.7% more than in 2009.
The proportion of revenues from cable TV in the total revenues from telecommunication made 2.9%.
In January 2010, the enterprises’ revenues from the provision of telecommunication services in Ukraine decreased by 0.1 % compared to January 2009, to 3.76 bn UAH.
