he subscriber base of the mobile operator Astelit (ТМ life:) in November 2009 increased by 123 thousand, according to the report of IKS-Consulting.

Thus, the number of the operator’s subscribers in November 2009 made 11.986 mn, which is by 1.04% more than in the previous month.

According to the analysts, the total subscriber base of cellular operators in Ukraine in November 2009 decreased by 265.96 thousand, as compared to October, to 55.02 mn.
