| The Lithuanian regulatory body will share its experience in the introduction of digital TV with the National Council of Ukraine |

The National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine adopted a draft agreement on cooperation with the Commission on Radio and Television of Lithuania. This has been reported by the press service of the National Council.
According to a member of the National Council Tatyana Lebedeva, the relevance of the document is proved by Ukraine’s demand for the Lithuanian experience in transition to digital broadcasting format.
Besides this, the Agreement provides for cooperation in broadcasting regulation, as well as exchange of information on laws of both states in the information sphere.
In the near future the draft will be sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
