*Note.* At the time of each lecture discussion with participation of ITU experts and questions to the speaker are foreseen

Workshop will be carried out during 4-days session. It includes providing of lectures and practical training with possibility of direct discussion between teachers and audience on specific problems of satellite broadcasting. Foreseen conducting of round-table discussion before finishing of learning, during which the obtained knowledge level will be fixed.

The participants of workshop are expected to devote about 8 hours per day to lectures and practical training participation, about 2 hour to perform study of audited material and preparation for final discussion.
