Main scientific guidelines of the Conference
- Realization of State policy on the problem of introduction of digital television, audio and multimedia broadcasting;
- International and national infobase and normative base for introduction and development of systems and services of digital broadcasting;
- Problems and tasks of education of digital broadcasting personnel;
- Fundamental investigations in the field of broadcasting systems, services and technologies progress;
- Frequency planning of terrestrial broadcasting services;
- Satellite and cable digital broadcasting;
- Interactive and multimedia broadcasting systems;
- Broadcasting quality assessment;
- Digital cinema and Large Screen Digital Imagery;
- Digital mobile communications.
Participation of leading national and foreign specialists, ministry and department heads, program production and broadcasting program distribution technical specialists, industry specialists, science and education representatives is being assumed. Those who wish to take part in the conference have to let know organizing committee about their decision about participation in the conference and about possible report, announcement, presentation and so on.
Organizing committee will be grateful for proposition of relevant themes, problems, questions for discussion at plenary meetings of the Conference, sections meetings or “Round Tables”.
Materials of the Conference reports will be published in the collection of the Conference materials. Used languages are Ukrainian, Russian, English.
Cultural program for participations is being planned.
Conditions for participation: organizational fee 200 euro for participation in the Conference.
It includes the organizational fee value service and informational maintenance of participants, Conference materials collection publishing, meeting of “Round Tables” carrying out, presentations, cultural programs.
After obtaining of the request, agreement and invoice for Conference participation payment will be directed to you.
Requirements for typography of presentation materials
Whole text and necessary illustrations must be placed on A4 format pages (till 4 pages), areas from every quarter are 20 mm. Presentation may be presented on one of three languages – Ukrainian, Russian, English.
